You haven't selected the list of available rooms for the division "X" from 9A.

What causes the error

When a class is divided and lessons for its subgroups run simultaneously, each subgroup must have a separate room.

For example, if there are 3 subgroups, you need 3 different rooms.

This error occurs if there aren’t enough rooms available for all subgroups within the division.

How to fix it

You have two options:

1. Check room availability – Go to the rooms section and verify that rooms are properly configured. Then review all lessons for this division. If there is at least one room available for each lesson, you can use the ‘DEFAULT’ room selection mode or assign a custom list of rooms to each lesson.
2. Ignore room assignment – If you want to skip room planning for certain lessons, set the Room field to ‘Ignore’.
