What causes the error

Before generating the timetable, the application checks which rooms are available for each lesson.

If too many lessons rely on the same specific room, there won't be enough availability to schedule them all, and this error appears.

How to fix it

1. Check the room’s configuration – Go to the rooms section and verify that the room is set up correctly.
2. Distribute lessons across other rooms – In the lessons section, review all lessons assigned to this room. Some of them will need to be moved to different rooms to avoid conflicts.
