How to regenerate a timetable

To regenerate an existing timetable:

Go to Timetables > select the timetable > click View > then click the Regenerate button from the toolbar.

You will be asked how you'd like the regeneration to behave:

• Minimize changes – keeps most lessons in place; useful when the timetable is already in use and you want to make small adjustments.
• Allow full rescheduling – lets the app move any lessons as needed to improve the timetable.

How to keep specific lessons unchanged during regeneration

If you want to preserve the position of certain lessons, click on a lesson and pin it.
You can pin:

• The time
• The room
• Or both

Pinned lessons will remain fixed during regeneration.

Will the original timetable be lost?

No. Regenerating a timetable will create a new version, based on the current one.
The original timetable will remain in your list and can still be accessed.

Important note

Every regeneration uses your current account data.
If you've removed a teacher, subject, or class from your account, they will no longer appear in the regenerated timetable — even if they were included in the original one.
