Quick way to add lessons

There are two main methods for bulk adding lessons. If you prefer to add them directly through the app, read here. This article focuses on importing lessons via Excel.

Before importing lessons

Before importing lessons into the app, make sure that all classes and divisions (if needed) are defined and configured.

Will the import also add all the teachers and subjects?

Absolutely! The import process will also add teachers and subjects.

How to import lessons from Excel

Warning: Importing lessons will overwrite any existing lessons!

Click on Lessons > Import lessons. This will open a modal with two main options:

1. Download the Excel template, which provides an example file and details all the rules you need to follow to complete it correctly.
2. Upload the Excel file containing all the lessons.

What if the import fails?

Don’t worry; you'll receive a list of any issues with your file. Once you address these issues, you can reimport the file.

After importing

Once the import is successful, you can configure teachers and lessons, either individually or in bulk.
