For teacher X, you configured more lessons (22) than the maximum possible (20). Check the already configured lessons, or modify the unavailable period.
When configuring teachers, you can set limits such as maximum working days, maximum periods per day, and mark certain periods as unavailable.
Let’s consider the following example, based on an 8-period day:
| 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| X | X | X | |||||
| X | X | X | |||||
| X | X | X | |||||
| X | X | X | |||||
| X | X | X |
Although the day has 8 periods, the teacher is only available for 5 of them.
With a 4-day workweek, that gives a maximum of 5 × 4 = 20 available periods.
If the teacher is assigned 22 lessons, there’s not enough space in their schedule, and the error is triggered.
