For teacher X, you configured fewer lessons (12) than the minimum possible (15). Check the already configured lessons, or modify the minimum number of working days for this teacher.

What causes the error

Each teacher can have constraints such as a minimum number of working days and a minimum number of lessons per day. For example:

• Minimum working days: 3
• Minimum lessons per day: 5

This means the teacher should have at least 3 × 5 = 15 lessons per week. If the teacher only has 12 lessons assigned, the system cannot meet the constraints, and this error appears.

How to fix it

You can resolve the issue in one of two ways:

1. Adjust the teacher's constraints – Go to the teachers section, edit the teacher, and lower the required number of working days or lessons per day.
2. Assign more lessons to the teacher – If the constraints are correct, check if some lessons are missing. Go to the lessons section and add the remaining ones.
